You can’t blink around here at the moment without someone passing an exam!
Bethan sat the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) R01 exam this week. This is a tough 2 hour exam that focuses on financial services regulations, rules of markets, planning decisions and much more. It has been the nemesis of several financial planners that I have had the pleasure to train over the years.
Bethan joined us back in 2020 to boost our administration capacity, and her ability and organisation in this areas is already legendary! However, Beth felt that she wanted to sit the financial planning 
diploma qualification after some time in our business. This recent exam success means that she has now passed two out of the six professional modules required to qualify.
Bethan said ‘I am so grateful for the opportunity and encouragement that I have had to take these exams from Darren and the team, I really believe that I can do this now.’

As our team knowledge continues to build, I gain a great sense of satisfaction in seeing young people obtaining a crucial gateway into the world of financial planning – right here in Pembrokeshire.
