I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lisa for looking after me so admirably throughout all of the training. For keeping an endless supply of various pills, potions, patience, love and encouragement coming! I also want to thank my cousin Andrew (an experienced ultra-event cyclist) for agreeing to be my support crew throughout the three days.
