It is with great pleasure we can announce that our Trainee Financial Planner Katy Owen has conquered her latest exam.
The R01 Regulations and Ethics Paper from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is a two hour examination that is renowned for its toughness. Katy has been locked away studying and sitting mock exams for the past two months since bagging her last exam paper. She travelled to Gloucester to sit the paper and achieved a very high mark.
The R01 qualification tests the individuals’ knowledge of all the relevant Acts and Regulations that affect markets and the world of Financial Planning. It is definitely the driest subject but extremely important in underpinning the way that we do things for our clients.
Katy is now half way through her Diploma in Financial Planning and moves on to tackle the next instalment in order to build on her collection of qualifications.
