Welcome Sophie!
We are delighted to announce that we have been joined by our new Trainee Financial Planner – Sophie.
Katy, Lisa and I have been searching high and low for the past few months. Trying every job advertising site we could as well as Universities and Colleges. In the end, we found Sophie when she helped Lisa set up her computer and so we talked her into joining us!
Sophie has a great background in Computer Advice and Customer Service with a large retailer. We were mightily impressed by her skills during her interview which lasted several hours whilst we put her through testing on her data gathering, maths, analysis and presentation abilities.
We will be putting her through a tough few years whilst she sits her six diploma examinations prescribed by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). I am hugely excited about the future for Sophie and I know that our clients will join us in wishing her every success and happiness as she joins our dynamic little team.
At Thomas and Thomas, we are hugely fussy about the people we work with to deliver our Multiple Award Winning service. Our clients mean everything to us and we know that Sophie will be an excellent fit.
